The Executive Board of RFC RHD is composed of the representatives of the respective Ministries responsible for Transport of Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Hungary, Romania and the Slovak Republic. The Chairman of the Executive Board is Mr Josef Vysoky from the Czech Ministry of Transport.
