The PMO coordinates and supports the activities of the MB. In this role, it is responsible for

  • managing and coordinating the implementation of the Corridor according to the Regulation
  • coordinating the corridor activities
  • project management of EU grants
  • representing the corridor in meetings and events with relevant stakeholders

The PMO serves as an interface between business players. Its aim is to establish an interactive and fruitful cooperation between the Management Board and third parties such as Railway Undertakings, Terminals, and other RFCs.

The PMO consists of the following permanent staff:
